The new wire mitigated the gas supply issue and proved "much more forgiving than the old wire," especially in vertical weld applications. It provided a solution that was easier to work with, allowing for smoother, more efficient welding processes. This project, required by the damage inflicted by the previous year's floods, involved building a 36-meter-long bridge in three sections. This ease of use is shown in the words of Prosser, an experienced fabricator at Trinder, "This stuff just seems much more user-friendly and easier to use."
