Metabo Grinder Kit Promotion - Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Proline Industrial is giving customers the chance to win a Metabo Grinder Kit valued at $499. Simply spend $1,000 or more online during September and October 2025 to be automatically entered into the draw.

Eligibility

- Entry is open to New Zealand residents only.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
- To qualify, entrants must:
  • Hold a registered Proline online business account, and
  • Hold an active Proline trade account with 20th of month payment terms in good standing.
- Employees of Proline Industrial, its agents, and immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

- Every $1,000 (NZD) spent in a single online order during the promotion period (1 September 2025 – 31 October 2025) equals one entry into the draw.
- Entries are automatic once qualifying purchases are made online at prolineindustrial.co.nz.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per customer.

Prize Details

- Each prize consists of one Metabo Grinder Kit (RRP $499).
- There are five kits to be given away in total:
  • 1 draw held for September entrants
  • 4 separate draws held across October entrants
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Draw & Winner Notification

- Winners will be drawn at random using a verifiable method.
- The September draw will take place in the first week of October 2025.
- Four October draws will take place weekly throughout October 2025.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 5 business days of each draw.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Proline Industrial reserves the right to redraw the prize.

- By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Proline Industrial reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not meet the eligibility requirements.
- Proline Industrial reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
- To the extent permitted by law, Proline Industrial is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage suffered by entrants or winners.
- This promotion is conducted in accordance with the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003 and does not require a licence as it is conducted for promotional purposes only.
