Cebora Sound Mig 2060/MD Star Double Pulse

The new Sound Mig 2060/MD Star Double Pulse is the most powerful and portable 240v single phase, synergic inverter MIG on the market. Double pulse technology achieves a clean, scolloped weld bead appearance that had previously only been achievable using AC TIG.

This machine has an incredible duty cycle of 160Amps at 100% (tested 10 min at 40o C) and only weighs 21.5kg being so portable it is great for onsite use and boasts an IP 23 rating. Added to these benefits it has a durable powder-coated steel case with an impact-absorbing frame.

• Cebora aluminium 2-roller-wire feed unit ( Ø 30 mm)

• Over 60 synergic cuvers supplied as standard curves for Solid, Stainless steel, Aluminium. It's suitable for welding and brazing galvanized sheet metal, high strength steel and aluminium alloys. The microprocessor in the control circuit makes it possible to upgrade, even over a long period, the synergic programs stored in the machine by means of an optional kit (art. 136)
• Two types of torches can be used: Mig Standard torch and Cebora Push Pull 2003 torch. This last one allows to weld wire from Ø 0.6
• Equipped with double current level function (MIG Short process), Pulse and e Double Pulse
• The power source is supplied with many adjustable functions which can be accessed from the panel, including:
  • Arc Length, 2/4 strokes, Spot Time, Pause Time, Inductance, Burn Back, Soft Start etc -  SHORT or PULSE process.
  • Three important specific functions dedicated to an optimal aluminium welding (3 levels, Automatic Hot Start, Automatic Crater Filler)
• The Euro connector allows you to use either a standard MIG torch or the Cebora Push-Pull 2003 one
• It is possible to work with two different types of coils:
  - Ø 200 mm (standard version with transportation trolley only for power source Art. 1656) 
  - Ø 300 mm (with coil kit [Art. 114] and transportation trolley only for power source Art. 1656)
