On mild steel, the machine offers three useful capacity levels:

• Genuine (True) cut: 35 mm – high-quality production cutting

• Maximum cut: 40 mm – slower but still clean and smooth

• Severance cut: 45 mm – very slow speed, rougher edge, but ideal when you simply need to separate plate

• Pierce rating: up to 20 mm

This gives plenty of headroom for heavy plate and structural work when you need it.

This is an industrial machine designed to operate from a 415 V, three-phase, 50/60 Hz supply – standard in most workshops and larger sites. For remote or mobile work, the minimum recommended generator size is 15 kVA, giving enough overhead to maintain performance at 100 A output.

Auto-pilot re-start automatically re-ignites the pilot arc as you cross gaps, holes, or mesh. You don’t have to keep pulling the trigger or worry about losing the arc when the torch briefly leaves the material. That makes it much easier and faster to cut grating, wear plate with slots, and components with multiple openings – ideal for maintenance and repair work.
