PTE 18 400V Spot Welder

This column spot welder with movable arms is built for industrial and fabrication environments where consistent, repeatable spot welds are needed on a range of steels. Its high max spot-welding current of 9,700 A and solid construction make it ideal for production lines, general fabrication, repair work, and repetitive joining of steel sheets and components.

You have full control over the key welding settings:

• Spot welding current: adjustable from 20% to 100%

• Spot welding time: adjustable from 1 to 100 cycles

• Electrode pressure: controlled via a pedal with an adjustable spring

This lets you fine-tune the welder for different materials, thicknesses, and joint designs, ensuring both strength and appearance are right for each job.

The welder is designed for double phase 400 V, 50–60 Hz mains power, which is standard in many industrial and workshop environments. With max absorbed power of 22 kVA and a power factor of 0.7, it’s built to integrate smoothly into a typical factory or heavy-duty workshop electrical setup.
