The POWERPLUS™ II 500 is a professional-grade MIG machine designed to meet the most rigorous demands of heavy fabrication, engineering, maintenance, and industrial welding environments. With a massive 60–550A output range and impressive duty cycles, this welder delivers power, precision, and productivity across a wide range of applications.

Featuring IGBT inverter technology and advanced functions such as 2T/4T trigger modes, crater control, burnback, gas pre-flow, and energy saving mode, it provides operators with maximum flexibility and ease of use. The included PWF-4GS four-roll wire feeder with an 8m interconnection lead ensures smooth, consistent wire feeding, even with aluminium and flux-cored wires. Supplied as a Ready-to-Weld™ package complete with a Magnum® 400 gun, work return lead, drive roll, flowmeter, and gas hose, the POWERPLUS™ II 500 is a true workhorse for any professional workshop.
