Product Overview

Lincoln REDI-MIG Plus 255S MIG Welder

The Lincoln REDI-MIG® Plus Range is engineered for welders who need precision, simplicity, and reliability in one compact package. Designed to provide a tight, crisp arc that’s easy to strike and control, these medium-duty MIG welders deliver exceptional results across aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel. With semisynergic control offering a wide voltage “sweet spot,” even less experienced welders can achieve clean, quality welds with minimal spatter and reduced clean-up time.

Ideal for panel and sheetmetal work, the REDI-MIG® Plus can MIG weld from 0.5mm up to 5mm, while the flux-cored wire capability extends performance on thicker materials up to 8mm. Both the 215c and 255c models feature integrated wire feeding for 5kg and 15kg spools with simple, tool-less wire change, while the 255s includes a separate 4-roll feeder with 8m interconnection cables for added reach and convenience. Each package is supplied Ready-to-Weld™, meaning you can unpack and start working within minutes. Backed by a 3-year parts and labour warranty, these machines are built to handle smash repair, sheetmetal fabrication, rural, and general maintenance applications with confidence.
